Friday Night Stats:
* 12 giant’n’chewy gluten-free milk and white chocolate chip cookies
* 15 miniature jars (55ml) of chanterelle-based mushroom ketchup
* 11 small jars (110ml) of chanterelle-based chutney
…and I’m about to begin sautéing 1000g (over 2lbs) chanterelles to make wild mushroom duxelles (to be cooled and frozen in vacuum-sealed pouches for later sale).
