There are four jars of Spring Green (geranium & green rhubarb), two jars of Scottish Summer (red currant, strawberries & elderflower) and two jars of Earth (apple, blackberry, geranium & rhubarb). They’re all made with Scottish produce, the geranium’s from my old ass houseplant and the elderflowers are very local. (<- I nearly broke my effin’ wrist harvesting the fuckers!)

Shipping prices reflect the absolutely massive size of some of these jars (when I’m experimenting I sterilize and reuse any suitable glass container; I don’t want to waste brand new supplies on untested recipes!) I’m crazy effin’ anal about not overcharging folks on postage, in addition to using Royal Mail’s price guide I check weight using my kitchen scales and use XE.Com to convert GBP totals to USD.

I also want to assure everyone that the jams’n’jellies I’m planning to offer through larger sales won’t be as expensive to send as the ones pictured above. I’ve got fifty 110ml glass containers waiting to be used for tried’n’tested recipes; much smaller, neater and, more importantly, cheaper to send! Knowing that some of these jars will cost a pretty penny to send - at least three of them clock in over 1lb! - I’m basically giving these jams away for free, all you gotta do is pay for postage.
