I know it’s not cooked and all, but good damn that looks so delicious. I think that will make a fantastic feast.
You know, the first year I brined and made a brisket I thought I did something wrong because it was just too…pretty? (<- It was a lot more colourful than the pre-made shit my mother bought at the grocery store.) But it turned out most excellent. If you’re a fan of corned beef/pastrami I highly, highly recommend the recipe - you can’t go wrong, even if you don’t cook!
