I ain’t never heard such a thing! As another Ukrainian pagan-witch-heretic - and sassy overlord-to-be! - I’m secondmenting proof for this shit, too.

Anyways, many people in Western cultures especially that of the US don’t realize that cultures such as the Slavic and Asian cultures associate white with death. So to people within the Slavic and Asian cultures those who say they only practice White Magic will be looked at as dealing out death. And therefore bad :s

Not going to comment on the rest of the post (don’t care much about Witchcraft, Satanism or Z.Budapest anyway), but this here is simply wrong. Slavic cultures don’t associate white color with death or with something bad at all - quite the opposite, in fact. “White magic” in Slavic folk traditions means working with angels and/or the Christian god, healing, protection etc, while Black magic implies communications with the devils (“besi”, or “cherti”). Which is, basically, not much different from the Western perception of these things

Proof for this?

It would take some time to find sources for Slavic folk traditions in English.
